ABOUT OUR BAKING ESSENTIALS
Most of the baking essentials that we carry come from Azure Market, a cooperative based in Oregon, because we appreciate their high quality, commitment to Organically grown, and sourcing from farmers based in the Pacific Northwest. Not to mention that they package most of their products in paper or in reusable containers. We carry many of the flours and sugars both in 1, 5, or 10 pound bags, as well as in bulk. Note that some of our products are grown or produced here in Alaska!
