During pandemic times (when we first opened), we operated our brand new store with online ordering and pickup at the store. The online store/catalog is still up and running, and we have learned from our customers that even if they don't shop online anymore, they like to use it to see what we have in stock. The new items we add to our inventory have been requested - customers write their wishes on our "wishlist" whiteboard in the entryway - and we use that list to drive our new products offerings. Over time, we have been able to fulfill many wishes - and we continue to do so every day. It might take a while for a wishlist item to appear, but we make every effort to make dreams reality.
